Your name and photo, and where customers see them.

Your profile is your name and photo. To change them, open the business menu at the top of the screen and click your name.

Customers see your photo and first name on your replies in the chat and in reply emails. Teammates see your full name in the inbox. Without a photo, SI Desk shows your first initial.
