Members and invitations

Invite teammates to your business and choose what they can change.

Members are the teammates in your business. They share one inbox.

Invite a teammate

  1. Go to Settings › Members.
  2. Enter your teammate's email and choose a role.
  3. Click Invite.

Your teammate gets an email and joins when they sign in. Only invited people can create an account. Pending invitations are listed below the form, where you can cancel them.

Roles

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerEverything, including business settings and members.
AdminBusiness settings and members.
MemberWork in the inbox. Members cannot change business settings or invite people.

To remove a teammate, click Remove next to them in the members list. Cancelling an invitation does not remove someone who already joined.
