Test on past conversations
See how the assistant would have answered your recent conversations before you change its settings.
A test replays your recent conversations through the assistant and compares its answers to what your team replied. Nothing is sent to customers.
Run a test
- Go to Settings › Assistant.
- Change any settings you want to try. You do not need to save them first.
- Under Test on past conversations, click Run test.
The test replays the first message of the 15 latest conversations your team answered. It uses your business's AI key, at about 4 AI calls per conversation. It does not use customer facts, and it does not run procedure actions.
Read the results
Each conversation gets one of these results:
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Matches the team | The assistant said the same thing as your team. |
| Partly matches | The answer was close but missed something. |
| Conflicts | The answer disagreed with your team. Check your documentation or instructions. |
| Needed a person | The assistant handed off, as your team would have needed to. |
