Suggestions
Find the questions your documentation does not answer, and get drafts that fill the gaps.
Suggestions look at conversations the assistant handed off because your documentation fell short. They group similar questions and draft a fix from what your team replied.
Find suggestions
- Go to Reports › Assistant.
- Under Suggestions, click Find suggestions.
This reads the last 30 days of hand-offs and uses one AI call on your business's key.
Use a suggestion
Each suggestion is one of three kinds:
| Kind | What to do |
|---|---|
| Add to docs | A new section for your documentation. Click Copy draft and add it to your documentation site. |
| Instruction | A rule for the assistant. Click Add to instructions to add it to its instructions. |
| Always hand off | A topic the assistant should leave to your team. Click Add topic to add it to Always hand off. |
