MCP server
Connect an AI assistant such as Claude or Cursor to your SI Desk inbox.
MCP is a standard way for AI assistants to use other apps. With SI Desk's MCP server connected, an assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can read and answer your conversations. It has the same actions as the Actions API.
Connect
The server address is https://sidesk.co/mcp.
- Assistants that support sign-in (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code): add the address as a remote MCP server, and sign in to SI Desk when asked.
- Other MCP clients: create a token at
https://sidesk.co/mcp/connectand send it in the client'sAuthorizationheader asBearer <token>.
The assistant works in the business you were in when you connected it.
What it can do
The assistant can list and read conversations, reply, leave drafts and notes, change status and assignee, manage labels and saved replies, search your documentation and read reports. Ask it in plain language, for example: "Summarize today's open conversations" or "Draft replies to unassigned conversations about billing."
To let a teammate check a reply before it goes out, ask the assistant to leave a draft instead of replying. The draft waits in the conversation's reply box.
